Impression Dental Group is excited to reflect on the resounding success of our 2023 Practice Managers & Leadership Conference, which took place in Melbourne this August. The event kicked off with a dazzling Cocktail Party and Awards Night, generously supported by our Platinum Sponsor, Dentavision.
Embracing the theme “Run It Like You Own It,” a core value of our group, the conference spanned over two days filled with inspiration and valuable insights. Our keynote speakers, Robyn Moore AM, Ruth Limkin, and Dr. Joanne Hannelly, along with our supportive team, offered profound wisdom and guidance to our attendees, all practice managers and leaders from within IDG’s own clinic network.
It was a conference of many firsts – connections were made, sponsors and partners were engaged, and our leadership team faced a live Q&A session, fostering an environment of transparency and growth. For many, it was the first opportunity to meet their colleagues in person, adding a special touch to the event.
