At Impression Dental Group (IDG), we are proud to take the next step in our reconciliation journey with the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan represents our commitment to fostering inclusion, cultural awareness, and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
What is a Reflect RAP?
The Reflect RAP is the first step in a structured framework provided by Reconciliation Australia, designed to lay the foundation for ongoing reconciliation initiatives. It enables organisations to develop strong relationships with First Nations peoples, improve cultural competency, and create a more inclusive environment for all.

The Role of Art in Our RAP
As part of our commitment to cultural awareness, we collaborated with Indigenous artist Kelly Marie Taylor (Yankunytjatjara/Kokatha people) to create a custom artwork that symbolises unity, respect, and the role of healthcare in supporting communities.
Looking Ahead
The Reflect RAP is just the beginning of our journey. Over the next two years, we will work towards building long-term, sustainable reconciliation initiatives that have a genuine impact across our network. We are committed to continuous learning, listening, and evolving as we take these essential steps.
