Step 01

Getting to know each other

After hearing from you and your interest in join a local practice or bringing yours in, like any relationship, it’s important we get to know other first.

This is a chance for you to understand what it’s like to be a dentist and Practice Partner in our network, and when we’re talking in these early stages, we’ll encourage you to reach out to some of our members to hear from them personally.

Step 02

Finalising an agreement

If it all looks good to you and us, the next step is diving into the details as to what the next weeks, months and years look like together.

This is where we sit down and form an agreement as to what’s needed from us for you to succeed and reach your goals – and then getting all down on paper so we can start the journey together.

Step 03

Managing a smooth transition process

Once you’re in, you’re in, and we provide constant support to ensure everything is how you imagined it from the team, the practice itself, the patients and us.

We’re here for you and whether it’s your first day as a dentist with us, or final as you hand over the keys to your practice to the next generation, we’re here to make sure it’s done with support, ease and a strong partnership behind you.
