Mark has held executive roles across several industries, including Animal Health, Aged Care, Allied Healthcare, and Childcare.

He has direct experience in business consolidations and integration, developing several businesses to reach key operational milestones while working with numerous investment parties, including private equity.

He is a passionate people leader and a recent participant in the Bain & Company Future Leaders Academy in Healthcare.

Dr Christopher Ho is a Specialist Prosthodontist who received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours at the University of Sydney. He completed postgraduate studies in the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney, a Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics with Distinction from the University of London and Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics from the University of Sydney. He is Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Special Field Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.

Dr Ho lectures extensively on aesthetic and implant dentistry both nationally and internationally. He is a visiting lecturer to the postgraduate programs at the University of Sydney, Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor at University of Puthisastra, Faculty member of the Global Institute for Dental Education and Visiting Lecturer at Kings College London, United Kingdom. He is Head of School of Postgraduate Dentistry at the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners. He is author of numerous publications, as well as Editor of the Wiley textbook “Practical Procedures in Aesthetic Dentistry” and “Practical Procedures in Implant Dentistry”.

Dr Docherty is a graduate of the University of Sydney Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Dentistry, completing his studies with honours and a University Medal. He has engrossed himself in postgraduate education becoming alumni of the Fahl Cosmetic Academy, the Kois Academy, completing a two-year orthodontic mini-residency through EODO and the City of London Dental School and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney.

Dr Docherty is passionate about mentoring and teaching and is an examiner of the postgraduate Oral Implant Diploma at the University of Sydney. He believes in a literature-based approach to dentistry and is an author of the soon-to-be-released Wiley-Blackwell textbook “Practical Procedures in Implant Dentistry”.

Cindy is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a registered BAS Agent.

Edward began his career at advertising firms Leo Burnett and DDB, where he was ranked as one of the top creatives in the world.

He has worked internationally within one of the world’s fastest growing FMCG start-ups, was formerly a consultant, the Global Head of Marketing for a MedTech group, and was the Marketing Director for an ASX listed healthcare data entity and Head of Growth for private equity firm Genesis Capital.

Edward holds a Double Bachelor of Business and Arts from Monash University.

Katie has spent the last 11+ years in Regional Management roles in both Dental and Veterinary businesses. This includes 4 years as Regional Operations Manager at Maven Dental Group and 15 years in the veterinary industry.

Donelle has been in the recruitment industry for 5 years. Starting out as a candidate manager for temporary doctor recruitment, making sure paperwork and travel plans were organised with the doctors and hospitals. After 1 year, she stepped up into recruiting temporary General Practitioner doctors Australia-wide.

In April 2021 she joined Maven Dental Group recruiting Oral Health Therapists and Hygienists, after 6 months Dentists were added to her portfolio.
